I was not expecting to write a glowing review after having just had two cavities, but here we are. I've been a patient at Kensington Dental Group since 2018, and I have found that they've always treated me with honesty, transparency, and good care. I've had a variety of dentists and hygienists, but today felt truly exceptional. I had a cleaning with Hassan, my hygienist, who was above and beyond in checking my gums, asking about my health, and making sure I was OK. When I met with Dr Wu, she examined my teeth and gave me the bad news that after 7 years, I had finally gotten two new cavities. She delivered the news forthrightly, without shame or judgment, and was very clear in explaining the whole process and what options could be done. She was able to fit me in for fillings immediately, and she and dental assistant Valeria were exceptional. I say this because they patiently and calmly explained every detail of the process, made sure that I felt secure and checked for my comfort at all points. I was not expecting to get two cavities filled today, but I was also not expecting to have noteworthy positive care that made me feel comfortable and safe. It was well worth commenting and I thoroughly recommend the practice!

Firstly, my visit was pain-free. That’s huge, because I’ve had such bad experiences at dentists. I will definitely be coming here from now on. I was really impressed with the initial consultation. It included a full set of X-rays, 3D X-rays, pictures of teeth, plus a saliva test. The dentist, Dr Emily Wu, explained my results. Seeing the pictures really helped me to see where the plaque was building up, so now I can concentrate my brushing more on those areas. The dentist also gave me great tips to help me improve my test results for the saliva test. I’m looking forward to going back in 6 months and seeing if I’ve improved. I highly recommend Dr Emily Wu. She was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She really seems to care about her patients.

5 stars for sure from the front desk to the Doctor. This was the best cleaning job of my life, Dr Wu has a light touch which I'm grateful for.
